Henkelman Construction, Inc. uses three basic methods of delivering our services:

Offering these services allows us to work with a variety of clients including medical facilities, churches, schools, universities, automobile dealerships, offices, and industrial projects.  Any of these delivery methods can work toward a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), with all of the project savings reverting back to you, the Owner.
